Well ... the first thing you should know in order to live longer, is to not worry about how long you will live. If that is the case, which it is, you needn't bother reading the rest of this blog.
Did you know your day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute, second to second, even millisecond actions help to determine your life span? You yourself can determine how you progress even if you have a disease. You should know it all depends on your mind set.
You can control your mind and set predetermined goals for your entire immune system. One positive thought can dislodge a thousand negative ones all at once. One positive thought sends positive charges in your surroundings. We are beset and inundated by thoughts every waking moment, everyday. We can choose what we allow to sink into our hemispheres.
Consider your space a driving force of energies, and that you have the power to choose which ones to entertain and which ones to discard. Learn to know when to say yes or no to a feeling or unwanted thought. Give credence to self assurance, self respect and self regency. By self regency, I mean that you consider yourself the hierarchy of all that happens around you even though you may not be able to control all that happens.
That you have so much self love in you, you cannot afford to let someone else's negative charges, statements, positions, actions, or responses corrupt your inner culpability.
Of course, eating right and exercising can strengthen your muscles and your mind, but for me, eating right also involves indulging in a guilty pleasure, and I have a few as I believe life is meant to be lived and enjoyed to the fullest and best of your abilities and to the maximum effect of all you have in you no matter what station, status or position you find yourself in life.
The word "peace of mind," is extremely important to health and well being. If you let your body control you, you will find the phrase "peace of mind" harder to attain, but vice versa, a whole new world can open up for you. Finding ways to support others in whatever way you can makes you a golden star. This means whether consciously or subconsciously, you have elected to put someone before your own needs which even if you do once, that elevates your esteem.
What is self perspective? Not that I am telling you how to think, but once in a while, you take on something naughty, one of my naughty pleasures is reading and writing upsetting novels woven with romance. This helps me to think clearly. Clear thoughts are also essential to freedom of mind bogs. It means you accept the world for itself, that nothing and or no one can misrepresent the balancing space you create for yourself.
Always try to remain in touch with what makes you the best you. Take yourself on a ride with synergy and imagination for the hell of it. Live one day at a time though, but yes, plan for the future without letting those plans overwhelm you. Learn to be honest and make peace with all your imperfections.
Have you ever felt as if you just can't make it or make something work? Have you ever thought that life is a drag, everything seems boring, nothing is working for you, someone else has a better life, I wish I wasn't born, I wish my health was better, I should be here and not there, everyday life is the same, I can't take it anymore, I'm too depressed, sad, angry ... hold on there! All those thoughts are natural human thoughts and are apart of every human being ... sorry ... it's in all our genetic codes. You can't fight them, so why bother, they will win at some point or attack you for ignoring them.
The thing is ... they want to be heard ... so say hi, listen, but do not entreat neither let them entreat you ... let them have their hay day say ... and then tell them, "Okay, I gotta go now." Find a workable way to get rid of them for that moment even if you tell them you're going to skinny dip when that's not even possible, tell them you've become a grand skater, so you can't stay and talk ... tell them you've taken on a new hobby of sewing fruit pies, so you need to get back to reading that manual ... whatever you need to insert, do so and move on from it. For all those negative thoughts, then think of one, solid great thought that makes you breathe, that reintroduces the new you to the same old you. Make pleasantries a more formidable routine and event in your daily activities.
Carve out tools to ignite the passion in your veins. Make sweeping changes to what doesn't work for you, and rewire your goals because you can if you need to, which can be the same goal, but you'll just be sure to have a different path to getting there just in case you become stuck by a road block.
Finally, prayer. Give yourself a chance to meditate and pray, these tools are vital and only you can unlock your burgeoning potentials and inner weapons.
